Server Farm
All services offered by Servizi Internet are delivered from our Server Farm located in Via Perotti, 11 in Brescia, which performs the functions of NOC (Network Operation Central). The Server Farm covers an area of ??over 1000 sq.m..
All servers are located within an advanced local, equipped with all the best technologies to ensure full structural efficiency, quality and stability of services offered. The data center is equipped with a floating floor, four air conditioners for the recycling and maintenance of temperatures, two UPS systems and an electric generator to provide a fully operational at all times.
The locals are equipped with alarm and intrusion systems, closed circuit television cameras for video surveillance and perimeter of the entire data center is protected by railings and metal wall. Access is solely and exclusively to authorized technical staff and equipped with a company badge.
Server monitoring is constant, 7 days 7, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. By controlling the operation of individual hardware and software (Web, Mail, SQL, FTP and SSH) automatically and continuously, using the ping of each server and immediate forwarding of a notice to the technical manager on duty in case of possible disservice.
The power supply is guaranteed with the three-phase power and divided on routes that feed the individual sectional racks. Upstream UPS are installed to allow the takeover in autonomy and security of the generator to ensure continuity of service in any case.
Servizi Internet S.r.l. enjoys the use of their IP classes that announces and routes with its own routers being Autonomous System recognized by the RIPE with number AS-16257. Servizi Internet Server Farm is interconnected to the MIX in Milan with multiple fiber optic circuits to ensure minimum latency and high speeds. |
